Why get Married?

Why do people get married? Is it a fashionable trend? Money? Or is it true love. I would like to believe that becoming a unit, doing what’s right in the eyesight of god, and love would be the main reasons. However in this day and age, that does not seem to be the case.

Crooked cops

Crooked cops. To protect and serve, or to steal and kill. I believe that there are a lot of people in agreement that we have more crooked ones than good ones, investigations of police departments do nothing but make them better at covering up there crimes. How do the people of America confront these issues without putting themselves in jeopardy?

The Almighty Dollar

The almighty dollar. Some people see it as the root to all evil; some see it as a way of living. Either way both are correct. My belief is money can’t be evil or good it’s the heart behind the hands who bind it. And for some reason it seems as if more corrupt that innocent people have it. If my statement is not true, then how can poverty, starvation, and homelessness be explained. How can a man spend three million dollars on a boat that he is to busy to even use? When there are children sleeping in cars.

Ghetto

Bling, Bright colors, long nails, weave, all these things seems to go along with the term ghetto right! Or maybe not . There are too many people who consider these things to be hot to narrow it down to one specific group of people. What is ghetto anyway? Is it a way of living? Is it a specific area? Or cultural background? Is it negative or positive? Mainly associated with blacks? There is nothing wrong with being ghetto, if that’s who you are don’t be ashamed. Blacks have went on long enough being ashamed of their culture and creativity, always making something out of nothing. We need to keep it real ,the majority of blacks grew up with the least, and had to be creative in making a look of their own. So if you are ghetto I say be ghetto and without shame. If you consider where you grew up ghetto, no shame, your a person that knows how to survive. If you speak ebonics, so what , that does not mean that you're illiterate, all that means is that ebonics is your choice of communication amongst certain people. We just have to know when to turn it on and off.
