Crooked cops. To protect and serve, or to steal and kill. I believe that there are a lot of people in agreement that we have more crooked ones than good ones, investigations of police departments do nothing but make them better at covering up there crimes. How do the people of America confront these issues without putting themselves in jeopardy?
